Shipping

All of our products are delivered via UPS or USPS, and most products will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. That may vary depending on the current workload we are experiencing or if you order something custom. If you are in need of an item sooner than our estimated time, please contact us, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Returns

You may return eligible unused items within 14 days of receiving an order. Custom and personalized orders are Final Sale. If the item has been damaged during delivery or the engraving is incorrect, please contact us immediately about a possible replacement. A photograph of the damaged item will be needed during the initial communication. For all returns or exchanges, please contact us as soon as possible so we may further assist you.
